1 Introduction & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 785bd ("we", "us", "the Platform", "785bd") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services provided at https://785bd.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or by simply browsing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without qualification or reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of 785bd following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Account" means the unique registered player account held by an individual User on the 785bd Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money BDT funds currently held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, free spin winnings, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account pursuant to a 785bd promotion, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the exclusive currency of account operation on the 785bd Platform.
• "Game" means any betting, casino, slot, live dealer, crash, or other interactive product accessible through the 785bd Platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21; any individual located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is unlawful; any individual who has been excluded from the Platform; or any individual acting on behalf of another person without full disclosure.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible Games before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Verification Documents" means any government-issued identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and any supporting proof-of-payment document requested by 785bd for the purposes of Know Your Customer ("KYC") compliance.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 785bd Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account remains open:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 785bd Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, associations, and agencies may not register an Account.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close associate of 785bd or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.

Age Verification Process

785bd employs age verification checks at multiple stages of the account lifecycle. Upon registration, all players confirm that they are 21 years of age or older. 785bd reserves the right — and in certain circumstances is obliged — to request Verification Documents at any stage, including before processing the first withdrawal, upon deposit of amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in any single transaction, or at any time 785bd has reasonable grounds to question the accuracy of the information provided.

Failure to provide requested Verification Documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in suspension of the Account and restriction of all withdrawal activity until satisfactory documentation has been received and reviewed. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately and permanently closed, all transactions will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 785bd, you must create a registered Account by completing the 785bd registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during registration, and to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the 785bd Platform at any given time. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 785bd will close all duplicate Accounts upon discovery, and any Balance or Bonus Funds held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited in full without compensation.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. 785bd strongly recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered players from within the Account security settings. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 785bd immediately by contacting support via live chat or WhatsApp.

Account Verification

785bd reserves the right to verify the identity of any Account holder at any time. Verification requests will be communicated via the email address or phone number registered to the Account. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days from the date of the first verification request may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed to 785bd's satisfaction.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 785bd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 785bd does not accept or process deposits or withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are set by 785bd and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within the Account cashier section at the time of each transaction. 785bd reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for transactions that exceed specified thresholds.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within an average of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 785bd reserves the right to delay a withdrawal where identity verification has not been completed, where the withdrawal amount exceeds deposited real-money funds (i.e., where Bonus Funds are involved), or where 785bd has reasonable grounds to conduct additional security checks.

Responsible Transaction Conduct

All deposits made to your 785bd Account must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 785bd will return any deposit where the source cannot be confirmed as belonging to the registered Account holder, and may suspend the Account pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

785bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These include, but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day.

Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific conditions of each offer at the time the offer is active. Wagering Requirements

Bonus Abuse

785bd monitors all Account activity for signs of bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds regardless of outcome, or systematically exploiting structural weaknesses in bonus terms. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus cancelled and all associated winnings voided. Persistent or egregious bonus abuse may result in permanent Account closure.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on the 785bd Platform are subject to the specific rules of each sport, market, game, or product as displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time the bet or game round is initiated. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet or commencing any game session.

Bet Acceptance

785bd reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where: the bet exceeds the maximum stake limit for the relevant market; the odds or prices displayed were the result of a manifest error; the event to which the bet relates has already commenced at the time the bet is placed; or 785bd has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.

Manifest Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted or a game result is recorded as a consequence of a manifest error (including but not limited to typographical errors in odds or paylines, software malfunction, or data feed failure), 785bd reserves the right to void the affected transaction and reinstate the player's stake. 785bd will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct manifest errors promptly, but accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on erroneous information.

Game Results

All game outcomes generated by RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on the 785bd Platform are produced by certified RNG systems operated by the respective game providers. These outcomes are independent, unpredictable, and not influenced by the Platform or by any prior game result. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical events visible on the live stream operated by the provider. 785bd does not interfere with or have the ability to alter any game outcome once the game round has commenced.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 785bd Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or registering on behalf of a person under 21.
• Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or transaction process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not legitimately earned — any such winnings obtained via exploitation are void.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Making deposits or placing bets using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers as described in Section 6.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 785bd staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

785bd is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 785bd.

Game content (including game graphics, audio, mechanics, and outcomes) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others — and is provided to 785bd under licence. Any unauthorised use of game content is a breach of both these Terms and the applicable provider's intellectual property rights.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 785bd, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including — but not limited to — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 785bd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

785bd does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party service disruptions (including payment processor outages) may temporarily affect access to the Platform or to specific features. 785bd will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 785bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Termination & Account Closure

785bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where closure is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Upon termination for breach, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation, and any Bonus Funds will be forfeited without compensation.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting 785bd support via live chat or WhatsApp. Voluntary Account closure will be processed within 24 hours of the request, provided that there are no pending bets, open game sessions, or unresolved withdrawal requests. Any real-money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 785bd Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through 785bd's internal complaints procedure as set out in Section 15.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within 28 days of the initial complaint being submitted may be referred to binding arbitration or to a competent court of appropriate jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law. The language of all proceedings shall be English unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available in your jurisdiction.
